Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence: The Effisense Journey
In April 2026, Effisense Consulting & Engineering completed a decade of engineering excellence—ten years defined by growth, resilience, and continuous evolution. What began in 2016 as a small consulting firm in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, has grown into a global, multi-domain engineering partner.
Starting with a lean team of 5–10 professionals, Effisense took on its first project with SIFY Technologies, laying a strong foundation in consulting, auditing, and testing (TAC). By 2017, the company had already achieved 5× growth, quickly building a reputation in industrial auditing and engineering consulting. Its focused expertise in HVAC and fire safety enabled it to solve complex, high-impact challenges across sectors.
Between 2017 and 2020, Effisense strengthened its position as a trusted industry partner, delivering over 100 audits for leading organizations such as Ford, Samsung, Airtel, and American Express. From pharmaceutical plants to defence facilities, the company became known for its precision, reliability, and technical depth.
The COVID-19 period brought temporary disruption, but also clarity. Recognizing a key gap in the market, Effisense made a strategic shift beyond consulting. In November 2021, the company executed its first data centre project—marking its transition into end-to-end execution. This enabled Effisense to deliver integrated solutions across data centre upgrades (brownfield and greenfield), fire safety system execution, and HVAC retrofit projects, significantly strengthening its value proposition.
From 2022 onwards, Effisense expanded internationally, delivering projects across Africa and South Asia, including Madagascar, Kenya, Seychelles, Bhutan, and Nepal. This global footprint reinforced its position as a trusted engineering partner beyond India.
As client needs evolved, so did Effisense. The company expanded into authorized product dealerships, bridging the gap between design, execution, and product supply. This shift marked the beginning of a more integrated, product-led approach, supported by a refreshed brand identity aligned with its future vision.
Today, Effisense stands as a 100+ member team with a presence in 6+ countries, offering expertise across HVAC, fire safety, data centres, and industrial systems. It operates as a full-service engineering company spanning consulting, execution, and products.
As the company steps into its next decade, its focus remains on scaling product-led solutions, strengthening execution capabilities, expanding globally, and building long-term, trust-driven partnerships.
